Refund & Return Policy

At Chico Hats, each hat is crafted and shipped with care—and a whole lot of style. Once your order is placed, it goes straight into our fulfillment process, so we’re unable to cancel any orders once they’ve been submitted.



Please read and understand our policy below before making a purchase. If you have any questions, reach out—we’re happy to help before you check out.


No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment under any circumstances.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges on hats. All hat purchases are final sale.

If you have a concern about your order, feel free to contact us—we want you to love your hat, and we’ll do our best to make it right.


Condition Requirements

If, under rare circumstances, we approve an exchange or store credit for a non-hat item (if applicable), the item must be in perfect, unworn condition with original tags and packaging. You’ll need to include your order number, name, and phone number inside the return package.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to any approved exchanges (to us and back to you). Please use a trackable shipping service—we’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
